Report a security issue

At GetyourStudio, the security of our systems and that of our customers is important to us. Despite careful attention to information security, a vulnerability may still be present. • Do not abuse the vulnerability, for instance by downloading more data than necessary to demonstrate the issue.
  • Do not view, modify or delete data belonging to third parties.
  • Do not use techniques such as social engineering, (distributed) denial-of-service, spam, or attacks on physical security.

What you can expect from us

  • We will acknowledge receipt of your report within three working days.
  • We will treat your report confidentially and will not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
  • We will keep you informed of the progress in resolving the vulnerability.
