About the role
As AV Consultant at GetyourStudio, you are responsible for the realisation of our studios at client locations. You make sure everything is right, from installation and setup to testing, handover and training. Thanks to you, clients don't just end up with a well-functioning studio, but also with the confidence to operate it independently from day one.
What will you do?
- Install and commission complete video studios at client locations
- Set up, test and prepare the full studio for use
- Configure StudioAssist, including scenes, presets and user settings
- Guide clients during handover and initial use
- Provide user training and hands-on instruction on location
- Support live webinars and other productions
- Contribute to demos, client visits and presales processes
- Feed back practical insights to the team to improve our software and services
What do you bring?
- HBO level of thinking and working
- A relevant background in AV, media, technology or a comparable field
- Approximately 2 to 4 years of experience in AV, studio, broadcast or live production
- Experience with cameras, audio, lighting and studio technology
- Affinity with installations, systems and technical setup and configuration
- Strong communicator, including with non-technical users
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Knowledge of German is an advantage
