Approach

How it works

From the briefing to the final second of the stream, with one fixed point of contact.

  1. Briefing

    Online or by phone, we discuss the goal and running order of the broadcast and draw up the script (rundown) together: speakers, scenes, presentations and any guests via Teams or Zoom.

  2. Set-up

    On the day itself, the consultant prepares the studio: cameras, sound, lighting and the scenes in StudioAssist. The connection to the streaming platform is tested in advance.

  3. Live

    During the broadcast, the consultant handles the complete technical production. Your speakers focus only on the content.

  • Sound levels of speakers and guests
  • Presentations, videos and overlays on screen at the right moment
