GetyourStudio BASIC
Fully mobile and equipped with everything you need, this compact 2-camera studio is perfect for trainings, webinars, and instructional videos, live or recorded. It features StudioAssist, automated video production software that drastically reduces the need for crew and cuts video production costs.
ALL IN ONE
GetyourStudio BASIC is our most affordable turnkey, all-in-one studio. GetyourStudio BASIC contains all the necessary equipment to easily create live streams or video content at the level of a professional studio in no time. Everything in-house, at your location, fully coordinated, without the help of technicians.
High-quality Canon PTZ cameras, powerful adjustable LED panel lamps, microphones, (comfort) screens, and all equipment to be able to switch smoothly and quickly between different sources, to optimally tune the sound to record or live stream.
EVERYTHING INCLUDED
Everything is included, from high-quality bi-color LED studio lamps with tripods, professional lavalier microphones, different monitors for operating the software or the multi-viewer. In addition, a 27-inch look-back monitor is mounted under each camera. The look-back monitor can be used to see yourself on the screen while presenting and still look straight into the camera. You can also show the Teams or Zoom participants during the live stream, or you can use it to see your speaker notes.
COMPACT
At the heart of GetyourStudio BASIC is the compact, mobile Studio-in-a-Box BASIC. This wheeled flight case contains all essential control and recording equipment – fully integrated and ready to deploy on location. Includes an audio mixer, video mixer, and intelligent automation via the StudioAssist software. Everything you need for professional video production in one accessible all-in-one solution.
FLEXIBLE YET SIMPLE
Whether HDMI, USB 2.0, USB 3.0, XLR, BNC, or CAT, each device has its own cables and connections. Specialists are often asked to connect cameras, microphones, screens, or laptops. With the unique GetyourStudio color connectors, this is no longer necessary. Connecting suddenly becomes child's play.
Every device and cable has its own color and only needs to be connected to the correct color. In this way, moving the studio to another room or, for example, taking it to a trade fair suddenly becomes very easy.
FOR EVERY ORGANIZATION
Setting up the studio and installing the hardware can be done independently. However, if you prefer, have a GetyourStudio specialist or one of our authorized partners take care of it for you.
GetyourStudio BASIC is ideal for commercial organizations, healthcare, educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and government institutions that need content for (commercial) presentations, webinars, or e-mail learning programs but do not have large budgets to regularly create in-house video content.
SMART STUDIO SOFTWARE
GetyourStudio is controlled by StudioAssist, our automated studio software. With StudioAssist, you can live stream and/or record webinars, online training courses, and presentations. Other content such as interviews and knowledge events can be made quickly and easily. The GetyourStudio StudioAssist software was created with the idea of doing video productions or live streams with one or more cameras yourself, without the need of external AV specialists, directors, cameramen, or colleagues. You can also operate your studio in the classic way, from the director's chair.

SUPER EASY TO USE
Controlling a professional multi-camera studio has never been this simple. Whether you use our intuitive StudioAssist software or the touchscreen OneTouch Panel, the entire setup is designed for non-technical users. No crew needed, no complex interfaces — just clear guidance and smart automation. Anyone can walk in, press record and create high-quality video content in minutes.
FULL-SERVICE IS REALLY FULL-SERVICE
At GetyourStudio, full-service goes beyond delivering hardware and software. We take care of the entire process – from installation and implementation to training – carried out by our team or certified partners. Our hardware is pre-assembled and thoroughly tested, enabling on-site installation in as little as one day. We train both super-users and everyday users, and our service agreement includes remote support – essential for solving unexpected issues, even minutes before a live broadcast.

ONLY TOP-TIER BRANDS
Professional video production demands exceptional image quality and absolute reliability. That is why GetyourStudio has a strong preference for Canon, the benchmark in PTZ cameras. For our BASIC setup, the Canon CR-N100 is the natural choice: compact, affordable, and perfect for high-quality, permanently installed studio use. For more advanced needs, models such as the CR-N300, CR-N500, and CR-N700 offer greater zoom, superior low-light performance, and extensive AV integration options.

Everything about our most affordable 2-camera studio — from content and expandability to installation and pricing.
-
Who is the GetyourStudio BASIC designed for?
The BASIC is the ideal choice for commercial organisations, healthcare and educational institutions, non-profits, and government bodies that want to produce professional video content regularly without large budgets. Perfect for training, instructional videos, e-learning, smaller webinars, and presentations.
-
How many cameras are included as standard with the BASIC?
The BASIC is supplied as standard with two high-quality Canon PTZ (Pan Tilt Zoom) cameras. These are remotely controlled cameras with optical zoom, fully operable from StudioAssist without physically touching them.
-
What is included as standard in the GetyourStudio BASIC?
Included are: 2 Canon PTZ cameras, the Studio-in-a-Box BASIC (integrated PC, 12-channel audio mixer, and video mixer), colour-coded LED studio lights with stands, professional microphones, confidence monitors, the OneTouch control panel, StudioAssist software, and all cables and accessories. Everything is pre-configured and ready to use.
-
What is the Studio-in-a-Box BASIC?
The Studio-in-a-Box BASIC is the technical core of the BASIC studio: a compact, mobile flight case with all control and recording equipment built in — an integrated PC, 12-channel audio mixer, and professional video mixer. All AV components are connected, configured, and immediately ready to use. Thanks to the colour-coded connector system, the studio can be relocated or moved to a trade show without any technical knowledge.
-
Can I expand the GetyourStudio BASIC later?
The BASIC is scalable up to a maximum of 2 cameras, 2 microphones, and 8 sources. If you want more cameras, a more advanced video mixer, or greater capacity for sources and microphones, the PRO or PRO XL is the better choice. GetyourStudio's consultants are happy to advise on the most future-proof configuration for your organisation.
-
Which Canon PTZ cameras are available for the BASIC?
The BASIC is supplied with the Canon CR-N100 — a compact, high-quality PTZ camera with optical zoom and Canon Auto Tracking Lite, which automatically tracks the speaker. This makes it ideal for one-person operation. If you want higher image quality or more advanced features, the Canon CR-N300 and CR-N500 are available in higher-tier configurations.
-
Which streaming platforms can I use with the BASIC?
The BASIC streams via WebRTC directly to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, GoToWebinar, Webex, YouTube Live, Vimeo, and Facebook Live. The connection is set up once in StudioAssist; from then on you go live at the press of a button. Streaming and recording can also run simultaneously.
-
Can the GetyourStudio BASIC be used on location?
Yes. The Studio-in-a-Box has wheels and is compact enough for transport to external locations, trade shows, or event venues. Thanks to the colour-coded connector system the studio is set up in minutes. GetyourStudio clients regularly use the BASIC both at a fixed studio location and at external events.
-
Do I need technical knowledge to use the BASIC?
No. The BASIC is operated through StudioAssist — software specifically designed for people with no AV expertise. One person can manage the entire studio: camera control, audio, switching between sources, and live streaming. After the handover training, your team produces independently at broadcast level from day one.
-
How long does installation of the GetyourStudio BASIC take?
The technical installation of the BASIC is typically completed within a single day. After installation, GetyourStudio trains your superusers and team members on-site. The studio is then immediately ready for independent use. A studio without custom décor or fit-out is generally fully operational the same day or the day after installation.
-
What does the GetyourStudio BASIC cost?
The BASIC starts from €15,950 excluding installation, training, software, and support. The total investment including full installation and onboarding is typically around €19,500. Leasing is also available, starting from approximately €400 per month. Pricing on request for configurations with custom décor, integrated screens, or additional options.
-
What is a confidence monitor and what is it used for?
A confidence monitor is a screen positioned beneath the camera so the presenter can see their slides, notes, or the image from Teams without looking away from the lens. This makes presenting to camera much more natural and is particularly useful for solo presenters operating without a director.
