Practical exercise
Building an advanced broadcast yourself
You build a broadcast that combines the techniques from the morning. Again in two groups, studio and control room, and then you swap roles.
- Adding overlays to the broadcast
- Building a composition, such as side-by-side or an advanced PIP
- Fine-tuning camera and audio settings during the recording
- Streaming live to an external platform
- Starting the recording
We tailor the programme to the team's requirements, modules and level of experience.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
About the Director Training Advanced (super user).
- Do I need to complete the Basic training before I can take the Advanced training?
Yes, the Advanced training assumes you can already work with the studio. We recommend completing the Basic training first, or letting us know in advance that you already have experience with the studio.
- Can we apply everything in our own studio?
Not every studio has all modules. Subtitling and translation work with the Autocaption module, AutoSwitch with the AutoSwitch module, and AutoTracking only with cameras that support it. We tailor the programme in advance to what is available at your premises.
- How many colleagues can take part?
Up to 4 people per training, so everyone gets hands-on time with the techniques.
- How much does the Director Training Advanced cost?
The training takes place in your own studio. We prepare a tailored quotation for it.
